Potato Salad

Ingredients
6 large potatoes; peeled, cubed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup celery; sliced
1/2 cup onion; chopped
4 medium hard boiled eggs; chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
1. Put potatoes in a pan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and reduce to a rapid simmer and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper in a large bowl.
3. Stir in potatoes, celery, onions and eggs.
4. Cover and chill.
