Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients

14 oz black beans; drained and rinsed
2 cups corn kernels; frozen
1 small red bell pepper; seeded and chopped
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp hot sauce; Tabasco
1 lime; juiced
2 tbsp olive oil; or vegatable oil
salt
pepper

Directions

1.Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Let stand at least 15 minutes for corn to fully defrost and flavors to combine.

3. Toss again and serve.
