Ingredients

3 medium serrano peppers; stemmed, chop coarsely
1/3 cup cilantro
1 small onion; peeled, chop coarsly
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp salt; or to taste
1/2 tsp garlic salt; or to taste
6 medium roma tomatoes; coarsely chopped

Directions

1. Wash vegetables thoroughly.

2. Place serranos, cilantro, onion, lime juice, salt and garlic salt in a food processer and pulse on low speed for 5 seconds.

3. Add tomatoes and pulse on low speed until desired consistency.

Serve with tortilla chips or patacones.
