Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 large eggs; hard boiled
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard; prepared
2 dash pepper
smoked paprika
Directions
1. Hard boil eggs, about 10 minutes in boiling water. Remove eggs from the boiling water and immediately place in an ice bath. When cooled, peel eggs, cut the in half lengthwise and separate the whites and the yolks. In a separate bowl, slip out yolk and mash with fork.
2. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and pepper with the egg yolks until smooth.
3. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture, heaping it up lightly. You can also use a piping bag to fill the eggs.
Sprinkle with paprika and they are ready to serve.
