Ingredients
3 medium avocados; ripe
2 tbsp lemon juice; fresh
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
16 oz bean dip; Frito Lay or use Bean Dip
3 medium roma tomatoes; diced
5 medium green onions; sliced
3 oz black olives; sliced
12 oz cheddar cheese; or other cheese, shredded
Directions
1. In a small bowl, mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. In another small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and taco seasoning mix.
3. Layer ingredients as follows:
1st layer: Bean dip.
2nd layer: Avocado mixture.
3rd layer: Sour cream mixture.
4th layer: Cheese (I like to use Colby Jack cheese).
5th layer: Tomatoes.
6th layer: Green onions.
7th layer: Black olives.
4. You can eat now or chill it a few hours or overnight to let the flavors intensify.
Serve with tortilla chips.
