Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 medium 0nion, diced
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp hot pepper sauce, optional
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
14 oz red kidney beans, can, do not drain
14 oz white kidney beans, can, do not drain
14 oz pinto beans, can, do not drain
14 oz tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth

Directions

1. Turn instant pot to saute and add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the ground beef, onion, and seasonings and cook until meat is no longer pink.

2. Drain any excess grease if necessary.

3. Turn the Instant Pot off and add the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Set the instant pot to manual, high pressure for 25 minutes.

4. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release.
