1/4 cup cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp ground ginger

1. Combine all ingredients

Makes 1/2 cup.

Uses:
Stir into applesauce.
Stir into crumb topping for coffeecake.
Heat with apple cider. Pour through coffee filter before drinking.
