2 cups mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
2 tbsp onion; minced
1/3 cup dill pickle relish
1 clove garlic; minced
2 hard boiled eggs; finely minced
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/3 cup chili sauce

1. Mix all together.

2. Serve it with fish, of course, but it is also great on french fries, hamburgers, sandwiches, chips and more.
