Orange Glazed Cornish Hens

Ingredients
1 large Oven bag
1 cup orange marmalade
3 tbsp flour; divided
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 cornish hens; approx 1.5 lbs each
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Shake 1 tbsp flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2" baking pan.
3. Wash hens; pat dry.Place hens in bag.
4. In a small bowl, combine remaining flour, marmalade, soy sauce and ginger.
5. Spoon sauce over hens in bag.
6. Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 half-inch slits in top.
7. Bake until juices run clear and hens are tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Let stand in bag 5 minutes.
8. Serve with sauce, if desired.
