Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

6 chicken breast; pounded
1 cup flour
2 medium eggs
2 tbsps water
2 tbsps oregano; fresh
2 tbsps basil; fresh
2 tbsps Italian parsley; fresh, finely chopped
2 cups bread crumbs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
olive oil
2 cups Italian sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Lightly grease bakining sheet with olive oil.

3. Pound chicken breasts.

4. Put flour a dish.

5.. Mix herbs with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and place in another dish.

6. Mix together eggs and water in another dish.

7. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg mixture and then lightly coat with bread crumb mixture.

8. Place ckicken on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

9. Top cooked chicken with warmed italian sauce and mozzerella.
