Ingredients

1/4 cup brown sugar; firmly packed
1/4 cup sweet paprika
3 tbsp pepper
3 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp hickory-smoked salt; or more kosher salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with hands. Be sure to break up any clumps of brown sugar.

2. Store rub in airtight container away from heat and light, It will last at least 6 months.
