Fresh Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

17 oz sugar cookie dough; 1 pkg
8 oz cream cheese; softened
1/2 tsp almond extract; or lemon or orange
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 banana; peeled, sliced
2 medium kiwi fruit; sliced
1 cup pineapple; diced
1 medium orange; peel, sliced or quartered
1 pint blueberries
1 pint strawberries; sliced or quartered
1 medium peach; pitted, sliced
1/3 cup maraschino cherries

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Roll out cookie dough large enough to cover a round pizza pan. Bake 8 to 15 minutes or until firm. Cool completely.

3. Mix together cream cheese and extract. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cookie dough crust.

4. Arrange fruit in circles, like a bulls eye, flag, any pattern you want or just evenly distribute.

5. Slightly warm marmalade and brush over fruit.

Serve immediately.

Notes:
Any combination of fruit can be used. Listed fruits are just a guide.
Almond extract could be replaced with lemon or orange extract or Gran Marnier.
