Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb chicken
1 medium onion
1 can mushrooms
2 oz mild cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic; minced or grated
black pepper

Directions

1. Boil chicken, debone and de-skin. Cut into edible pieces.
2. Boil spaghetti.
3. In skillet over low heat mix onion, garlic. Cook until onion is translucent. Turn off heat and add chicken mushrooms, paprika and black pepper (to taste).
4. Microwave cheese on medium for approx 3 minutes or until melted. Add milk and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir until well mixed.
5. In large casserole dish thoroughly mix spaghetti, chicken and cheese sauce.
