Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb flank steak or london broil
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp honey
1 inch ginger
1/2 tsp garlic; minced

Directions

1. Mix soy sauce, oil, honey, ginger and garlic with fork in shallow dish.
2. Add steak and coat both sides. Cover and let stand 2 hours at room temperature or all day in refrigerator.
3. Grill or broil on rack about 4 inches from heat, for 3 or 4 minutes each side.
4. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
5. Heat remaining marinade thoroughly and serve over or with sliced meat.
