Hamburger-Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 bag Tater Tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
10 oz sharp white cheddar cheese; shredded
salt; to taste
black pepper; to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a skillet, saute onions, garlic and brown the ground beef adding salt and pepper. When the ground beef is brown, place mixture in a medium casserole dish.
3. Put 1/2 bag tater tots over ground beef.
4. Mix cream of mushroom soup and can of milk and pour over casserole. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
5. Remove aluminum foil and spread cheddar cheese over casserole and bake about 5 min till cheese is melted.
