Ingredients

2 lb ground beef
1 qt water
6 oz tomato paste
1/8 tsp vinegar
3 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 large onion
1 1/2 bay leaf
1 clove garlic; diced
1/8 tsp red pepper
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
8 oz tomato sauce

Directions

1. Brown meat in deep pot, drain grease.

2. Add rest of ingredients.

3. Let simmer for 2 hours. Stir often to prevent sticking.
